A different perspective
can change everything.
After more than 20 years working alongside business owners and organizations, Brad kept seeing a familiar pattern: capable people working hard, carrying a lot and becoming increasingly reactive to the business around them.
The challenge was rarely a lack of effort. More often, people were too close to the work to see what was getting in the way.
The more I worked with people and businesses, the clearer something became. The answers weren’t always somewhere “out there.” Often, the biggest shifts started by looking inward. Understanding ourselves. Getting clear about what matters. Seeing things differently. And having the courage to act on it.
That movement—from looking inward to creating change outward—is where the name Inside Out comes from.

someone who’s been there.
I’m Brad Way, a coach, consultant and business owner with more than 20 years of experience working alongside businesses and the people who lead them.
I’m endlessly curious about people, business and why we do what we do. I ask a lot of questions, challenge assumptions and tend to look at things from a slightly different angle. Sometimes that’s exactly what it takes to see what’s been sitting in front of us all along.
Inside Out brings together what I’ve learned from more than 20 years in business, leadership, coaching and my own ongoing attempt to lead and live with greater intention.
I don’t believe my job is to have all the answers. It’s to help people see themselves, their business and what’s possible a little more clearly.
